Parties & Groups over Six at Casanis Terms & Conditions

In order for us to help you organise and enjoy your group meal at Casanis, please read our terms and conditions below:

Reservations, Deposits & Refunds

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of £10 per person. You can call in to pay your deposit or telephone us with your credit card details. Unfortunately we do not accept Cheques, Diners Club or American Express.

Choosing Your Food in Advance

A pre-order form will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed, to be completed and returned to us at least one week before your party date. To enable smooth service on the day, please make sure that your pre-order clearly shows guests names with their menu choices and let us know about any special dietary requirements or food allergies as soon as you can.

Enjoying Your Meal

The time of your reservation is extremely important, as we will have booked other tables around your party time to accommodate other guests and to allow kitchen service. All our food is cooked fresh to order by our small kitchen team and consequently if your party is incomplete we may be unable to wait for late-comers and all pre-ordered food may be served at the original pre-arranged time.

Your final bill will show a deduction of your previously paid deposit. A service charge of 10% will be added to tables of 6 or more. Please note that all gratuities go directly to our staff.  20% VAT is included in our prices.  We regret that separate bills cannot be issued to individuals.  One bill will be issued to the party organiser. 

For lunch reservations please note that Casanis closes at 3.30pm unless a later time has been agreed in advance.
